IT'S HALLOWEEN! October 30, 2017

Hello again!
Another week is done, I swear they are getting faster and faster. I know it was a good week, I just honestly can't remember everything that happened haha. It's been rainy, cold, and reminds me of home! Haha. First order of business, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY MAMMA! I love you so much and I am so grateful for you and all you do for me. 25 never looked so good! I hope they spoiled you . Second order of business, well it's more a suggestion or recommendation. If anyone here loves a poor, lowly missionary enough to send them a ukele for her to play her life put of, I wouldn't be upset if you sent it my way. Just thought I'd add that in there.
 HIGHLIGHTS
 1. We officially are looking for a new apartment! Apparently ours is so bad, other missionaries who have seen it complained to President Bednar, so we are ordered to move.
 2. Chazz my man! We had another lesson with him about the Law of Chastity and he understood it so well and didn't make it awkward haha. He's progressing towards baptism very well! We also had a lesson with a boy named Zach who lived with a member. We shared the whole restoration and invited him to read the book of mormon and he was like, "YES! Of course!"
 3. We went to visit a potential family and by some miracle they were all there! We taught the mom and two daughter the Restoration and they had so many good questions. Kayla, the daughter, asked about why we didn't have a modern day prophet and we testified to her that WE DO! They were all so excited and ready to read and learn more.
 4. Exchanges with Sister Carr! I spent the day with Sister Carr in Franklin, PA. It was so good, and much needed! I love that crazy sister. We volunteered at a thrift shop, taught a man on his roof, and she taught me how to play the ukulele! See my Facebook page for a video that will make your life.
 5. AH CINDY AND SAM! We had another lesson with them about the Gospel. Of Christ and why we need to be baptized by proper authority. We invited them to be baptized and they said a joyful YES! December 2, here we come! Also I got pooped on by their cat. Pennsylvania man.
 6. We had a little lesson with a young sister who is a member during church. She was just struggling feeling loved and having a testimony and we were just able to bear her burdens with her and lift her up. If you ever need a pick-me-up, read one of my favorite scriptures D+C 6:33-37 That's about all I have to share with this week. I'll share this last thing though. Being a missionary is SO hard! Worth it, but hard! And this week I was just feeling a little discouraged like I couldn't do it. Then, Cindy sent us this sweet little message on Facebook, "Its really great to think and talk to the Lord more than I ever have. It has helped me with my depression . Thank you girls for bringing the Lord back to me." That's what I'm here to do. To bring people back to God and bring them happiness, and how rewarding it is to know you've accomplished it with at least one person. I love you all, and if you send me a ukulele I will give you endless hugs and cookies when I get home.
I love you!

When people say "I'll go to church when pigs fly". There you go.
