What a crazy week this has been and it has gone by soooo fast! I guess I'll break the news first. After 6 months in New Bloomfield I am getting transferred! I will be heading out to Green Tree, Pennsylvania tomorrow, which is about 10 minutes out of Pittsburgh. I'm going to the City! But, my new Compan{yinz} will be Sister Nelson and Sister Chambers! That's right, I'm in a trio! I guess President Johnson knew I needed the extra help. This is going to be a really fun transfer and I am excited to get to work on the west side of the mission
HIGHLIGHTS
1. On Tuesday we had exchanges and I went to Lebanon, PA with Sister Pena. We visited a lot of less actives and it was super fun!2. On exchanges we went to visit a Young woman who recently lost a friend to suicide. We were able to comfort her and listen to her and I felt prompted to tell her to get her patriarchal blessing. Her face lit up as she explained she had been thinking about getting one and said this Sunday she would ask her bishop.
3. Wednesday we played slip and slide kickball with the youth and it was a blast! My team won *cough cough* and we had a really good time. But at the end, I was running to third base and hit the ground HARD. I whacked my head pretty good but it's OK! I have been very very sore but it was so fun I don't care!
4. So this whole week we have been having this boy who Sister Dean found on exchanges texting us. At first we thought he was interested, and he may still be, but he has developed quite the little... Crush on Sister Dean . I took over texting him and every-time he'd say something flirty, I would pull something out of what he said and make it gospel related. And then he'd do the same thing to me! But the texts he sends are pretty hilarious, I'll send some pics of a few. But don't worry, if we teach him we will definitely have someone else with us!
5. We went to Mamma Clouse's and had a pizza night! She even made us dessert pizza and it was the best! We also got to heart attack her with a box of her favorites and it felt good to do a service for someone else
6. On Saturday we went to the Booths for service again. This time, Joan had us help her with a quilt she was making and taught us how to make pillow cases. It was way fun and I didn't totally mess mine up!
7. GRAMMY AND PAPPY CAME TO CHURCH ON SUNDAY!!! IT WAS AMAZING! Also Sister Dean and I sang but that's not the exciting part. I am so grateful for the time I have had here in New Bloomfield to learn and to grow. I have met some amazing people here that have truly changed my life. I hope I was able to leave this area better than I found it, even by a small amount. I know God has called me to Green Tree and I have a work to do there that only I can do and I'm excited to start a new adventure. New Bloom will always have a special place in my heart and will be seeing plenty of me in the near future!
Last week Mamma Clouse took us bowling for P Day and it was way fun! Let's not talk about how much I stink at bowling though haha

The Texts
We have members that raise puppies and sell them for a living and we had dinner with them this week. Talk about some puppy love therapy! I thought Dad would like the grey one.
